      Pros

      In the many years I have been working at Cummins, I have had mulitple opportunities to work on a variety of projects and programs. Most were challenging and rewarding. Cummins does not heavily restrict individuals from changing jobs and 'shifting' around the company.

      Forced ranking is always a controversial and devisive exercise. "Every Year"

      Looks good on a resume. People in the trenches are all in the same boat and are great to work with.

      Overworked, understaffed, underpaid and ridiculously slow and clumsy.
