      Cummins always takes the long view.Everything is planned and tested before it is released and sold to Customers. Customer satisfaction is everything. I is done right or not done at all. Employee Benefits are second to none.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to do whatever it takes to satisfy both internal and external Customers. Many Weekend and evening hours are spent making certain that every Customer gets what is promised when it was promised
