      Pros

      Good strong company culture. Quite informal. Does appreciate work life balance and particularly strong in supporting minorities of all types. Easy to talk to people and many nice people work here.

      Cons

      Can be a bit bureaucratic at times with too many meetings. The pay is good but not upper quartile. Some elements of US culture permeate outside the US

      Pros

      Focus on community service, accessible leadership, internal movement capabilities, international opportunities. If you are a self-starter and "fit the profile", you will do well here. If you are more reserved but a hard worker, it's difficult to get noticed. There are a lot of opportunities if you can build your network and it's a great place to build a career.

      Cons

      Must be individually driven, diversity is lacking, "old boys club" definitely present Though highly ranked in the diversity rankings, all you have to do is look at senior leadership to see that Cummins is not all that diverse, especially when it comes to management opportunities. In the past few years, there seems to be major turnover when it comes to diversity candidates who are just fed up with the glass ceiling and lack of access to higher level opportunities. It's very sad because this is a great company in many ways.

      Horrible! I've never seen such a disaster. Who cares about people just get the product out the door

      Pros

      None that I can think of. The higher the management, the more clueless they are. But if your looking for a place where you can get a daily update by the water cooler, then this is it.

      Cons

      This is the epitome of disorganization. The peons that you keep walking all over are the same peons doing all the work for you.
