      Good Company that's weak on top management

      Good production and many good people

      Cons

      Like all big companies the top management want to much money and do share in the profits. They lay-off 3% a year and around every 5 years go as high as 5-10%. So, don't plan on it as a life time career but a good stepping stone to other companies that value their people.

      Lay offs every 3-4 years The Company doesn't do a good job recruiting and keeping top talent Lack of passion for the product in the workforce Poor direction from top management of company projects and directions Big company feel with multiple teams needed to do a simple task

      Good salary, infrastructures, no excess work pressure, five day week for professionals, interaction with global teams

      Cons

      Huge disparity in salary, GET/ Ymdp are given more value, No clear reponsibilities, no time bound career path and most important no job security. Done mass lay offs in India this years.
