      Pros

      Working at Cummins will always bring a friendly environment with tons of flexibility. Overall the benefits are pretty good as well

      Cons

      Lack of leadership willing to help employees grow professionally. They consistently pay and give raises below industry standard and find ways to "promote" you with more responsibility but at the same pay saying it will be good experience and that they will revisit compensation at a later time.. they never do

      Too Political. Good old boys club still exists. (Senior Leaders) Too focused on diversity which leads to discrimination of some who would be considered non-minority employees

      Incredibly diverse, global company with years of success. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Culture of leaders being incapable of aligning on most fundamental strategies and sticking to them through execution. Constantly changing priorities with local plants, BU's always fighting change.
