Fellow engineering peers. Great community at lower technical levels. Will learn at extremely fast pace in the right groups, making you very valuable to other companies.

Cons

All layers of management that do not contribute to day-to-day work. Constant layoffs, re-orgs and priority shifts. Too many non-work related tasks and procedures slow down development process and distract from core work.
