      Pros

      Life work balance. Good colleagues . Free coffee to keep you awake. Good breadth of experience.Generally no one is on your neck. You are expected to take control of your work.

      Cons

      Lay off during market softening . Loose management structure. Different teams doing the same thing. A lot of effort duplication. Company is too heavy. The few under dogs do the bulk of the work while the numerous top guys hop from meeting to another.

      Promotes those who wish to earn it and work for it. Flexible leaders that realize there is more to life than work.

      Cons

      Management seems to be continually in flux. Every two or three years there seems to be reductions due to unplanned issues.

      Diversity, Keeps you busy which gives you the ability to hone your skills, Enables you switch groups and gain new knowledge.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs every couple of years, HR does not do a good job matching new employees with positions they would fit well in.
