Pros
Fantastic opportunities, included in the 5% bonus, loads of company discounts, great working hours 7-3 most of the time. The company promotes diversity of age, sex, culture etc.
Cons
As my group of apprentices are the first group they've had in a few years - it appears we are almost guinnea pigs! So a little unorganised.
