Pros

- Ethics, diversity, respect and integrity - Great opportunity to learn and innovate - Profit sharing and employee benefits pretty good - Company future seems secure due to presence in foreign markets

Cons

- Long term goals of company not very well defined - Cost conservative and cuts down budgets unnecessarily - Location not ideal for single people, but probably good for raising a family. Socio-economic status of Columbus, IN not great yet cost of living 5-10% more than Indy. - Management techniques vary drastically from manager to manager and group to group. Lack of uniformity limits opportunity and a desire to rotate across company.
