Turnover is ridiculous. About 60% of total staff were terminated within 9 months. Talented people resign quickly. There is no people planning. They just pay a lot of salary whenever they need to recruit someone with specific expertise. Anyone will be fired except the heads of teams. But, some heads are extremely poor, including HR team. Many HR staff resigned because of the HR boss and shocking company culture. The morale is terrible. Kris and some bosses secretly moved to Japan suddenly. Many people think it is to hide from serious investigations in other countries. Management lied to many employees. The shares and CRO bonus are a scam. Many people received very little CRO because of 365VWAP and also need to pay high tax, some even more than the amount received. Big tax issues in the company.

Serious issues with management even in HR. Micro manages the team. Does not respect anyone of a lower grade then herself. Loves to outsource the work to the team but takes the full credits for it. Many senior people hold senior positions only because they were the pioneer employees but they lack actual experience.
