Cons
No performance management system. It’s possible for people being asked to leave anytime for not agreeing with bosses. Underperformers get promoted for blindly following instructions. People are not fairly remunerated or rewarded. No planning in the company. Everything is launched based on impulsive decisions made by management. Timeline is not realistic, people are asked to launched a product from scratch in 1 week. No appreciation on effort put in by the team.
