      Can’t think of any for now.

      Cons

      No performance management system. It’s possible for people being asked to leave anytime for not agreeing with bosses. Underperformers get promoted for blindly following instructions. People are not fairly remunerated or rewarded. No planning in the company. Everything is launched based on impulsive decisions made by management. Timeline is not realistic, people are asked to launched a product from scratch in 1 week. No appreciation on effort put in by the team.

      Poor leadership and lack of transparency with intentions to hide

      - Work from home policy - Nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Management does not communicate intentions and paint a rosy picture - Finance team was cut from 90+ to 60ish people, in an extremely quiet laid off, which is inconsistent with what is protrayed in the media - Alot of finance systems & processes are not updated in a good state and unable to support the current growth and scale operations - by laying off so many finance staff, essentially means that in the next market upcycle, teams would not be able to keep up with the volume - Not transparent with dubious intentions of hiding information especially surrounding layoffs. Before the layoffs occurs, there was a HR portal which we could see the staff directory, but they remove that so that people won't be able to know how many staff were laid off

      Excellent pay and compensation Flexible working arrangements The tech lead is a gentleman and teammates are friendly and nice

      Micro management - the trading head wants to take control of everything Heavy workload and unrealistic planning that lead to toxic work-life balance (no joke, worse than 996) HORRIFIC meeting atmosphere stressed by the trading head
