      Pros

      Strong technology team. Positive culture where you are empower to make decision or openly propose idea to move the industry forward. Supportive team members and peers. No back stabing, no politics. You are encouraged to be a better version of yourself.

      Cons

      Expansion and growth means one would need to keep up the learning curve. This is in someway related to the digital asset industry.

      Pros

      Pro is generally the branding that crypto.com has built. The interview was also very easy, but i should have taken this as a bad sign. I was asked an unorganized bunch of questions even by senior people. Their responses made me think that they were not sure of what they wanted.

      Cons

      Not really what i signed up for, a bit mislead about the nature of the job and job title during the interview so excellent people are forced to do mediocre work. No appreciation on effort put in by the team. People just leave and go back to the finance industry.
