      - Benefits above market average - Talented and experienced employees that come from various backgrounds and with a wealth of knowledge that help build things upward and also readily shared amongst the team - Relatively quick and effective decision making - Efforts at continuous improvement

      - Some areas / processes are still WIP (which is not unexpected considering a startup environment and rapid growth in such short timeframe, and actually also a good thing - commitment to improvement and organization)
