1.Permanent WFH arrangement 2.Back to office once a week (normally speaking) 3.Good compensation package, health insurance and stuff 4.22 days annual leaves (include birthday leave and work anniversary leave) 5.Guaranteed bonus rate ( I think it’s good, fair and square) 6. People here are smart and easy to deal with!

Cons

Because of WFH, Onboarding training are more difficult than normal, but if they hired you… I believe you have the ability to complete your tasks ge! Just need self motivation haha!
