Pros

1. Work from home 2. Provide great freedom to employee (no micro-management)

Cons

1. Career opportunities If you stay longer in the company, management values the chance of you to leave instead of the contribution you have given in past years. When they evaluate you have a high chance to leave, they will not even try to fight anything for you ( which also, they cannot) even you are outstanding. 2. Compensations and benefits Appraisals just completed, some people get little or even no salary increment while Bitcoin grow from ~$43,000 to ~$95,000 (prices of 2024-01-01 & 2025-01-01). When Bitcoin was ~$15,000, they said we are in winter so we have salary freeze and layoffs. When Bitcoin is ~$95,000, they said there will be recession so we have to control cost. Treat employees as nothing while CEO giving out Bitcoin on X to random people guessing Bitcoin price. 3. Culture and values Basically no culture and values. Did not find a single employee saying he/she is happy with this company. CEO does emphasise ownership and we own the company, but the fact is we cant make any decision to make this company better. 4. Diversity and inclusion Not so sure about that. Do see a diversity here but may only because of cheaper labour. 5. Senior management Not having a single official 1 on 1 last year. No management cares your career path. They only care about how they can keep their job. Also, they never appreciate your contributions, always take it for granted. Do not think I have received any appreciation from my line manager. 6. Work / life balance Basically all requirements are ASAP which is make sense in crypto industry but they do not reward employees for that. They will think thats part of your job duty. Always need to work overtime.

Pros

Pay was considered good for the standards of the country and almost average for the city. MultiSport, and the building amenities were nice. You can meet some cool collugues.

Cons

They don’t care about you. They hire a a lot of people in a short amount of time and get rid of them without a care. High turnover is part of their culture. Say goodbye to sleep. There’s no consistency in shift times. They change policies and procedures on a daily basis, and when chatting with customers it’s your responsibility to work as if you are AI, you must follow the policy and say what they want 100%. They input policies that many would say hinder they’re abilities to do their jobs effectively, Then a team will give you random chat reviews every week, with very questionable and subjective input and decision making. You can get great reviews form customers but bad ones form the crypto.com team. Everyone complains about the QA team everyday. You can never get comfortable here. You will never have job security.
