      too many people to co-op with, so the execution on development is quite messy.

      Pros

      - Nice working environment. The company is quite flexible under the quarantine situation. I have been working from home for almost 5 months. - The team is growing constantly. - Flexible working hours as long as you meet the deadline - The management level always reports back to us about the company situation, which is really nice. - Quite a lot of annual leave. I got twenty something days of annual leave in my first year, which i don't think i can use it all up.

      Cons

      - The toilet is small, so sometimes you might have to go other floors. - The bonus is distributed in CRO or MCO. So if you are not into crypto, you might not like it.
