Very toxic company culture here No Transparency - management always change the decisions, fire people easily …etc No Work-life balance - management expect employees to work 247, even in public holiday No bonus - even when the company is making money, they won’t give a single cent of bonus to colleagues. “Move fast” = burn people.

- Messy top-level direction - Managers care more about doing things they can brag to management rather than what can really help the company - Management is secretive and known publicly to not care about their users nor their employees - During bad times, middle managers and upper management will prioritize saving themselves; no job security and you can't trust that layoff processes would be fair (which happened multiple times already)
