Unfortunately, my experience with this company was quite negative. The management style is overly harsh and lacks basic respect and empathy for employees. The company culture can be described as toxic, with extremely high staff turnover—many new hires leave within the first three months of joining.
Although the company promotes a work-from-home policy, it comes with the expectation of being available around the clock, including weekends, which severely impacts work-life balance. From day one, the workload is intense and relentless, yet the compensation and bonus structure do not adequately reflect the long hours and high pressure.
Job security is also a major concern. It is not uncommon for employees to be let go within their first year, often without clear communication or fair warning. Overall, the environment is stressful, unstable, and not conducive to long-term career growth or personal well-being.
