      Pros

      Highly recommend. Probably a lot of variation from team to team but culture is great, collaborative, implicit pressure but also a focus on taking time off, people are AWESOME, great work...

      Cons

      Leadership style is loose, which can be a positive. Lots of room for improvement and moving up but not always as much involvement as would be helpful. Most remote, which again may not be a con depending on your preferences.

      Professional people. Interesting technology. Huge scale. Many vacation days.

      Cons

      Sometimes work pace is not very fast. Working in a global team leads to time difference gap which introduces compexities.
