      - poor management, specifically on the Director level - some good front line managers, some bad -lack of engagement from Director level

      There is a lot of support from management and other teams to give you the tools to reach your goals. Offices are nice (when we can be in them)

      Pay seems to be lower than over Security employers

      Fantastic product that is revolutionizing the industry.

      Cons

      Still in hyper growth mode since IPO which is turning the Austin office into a sales mill. Management is young. PIPs are common.
