Pros

A lot of companies will throw around the tag of being the 'leader' in their industry, CrowdStrike proves it by having a fantastic product and leading the charge in cyber-warfare. This is probably the best company culture of any organization you will work at. You can approach anyone and you will be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The company advertises a 'fully remote' culture despite also offering several dedicated office spaces across the world and they are true to their word, it's not a hybrid work environment or occasional 'work from home' fridays or other gimmicks, you can truly work from anywhere with relevant permission. Training platforms are good, they even offer their own Pearson Vue accredited exam for their flagship product which really helps cement your product knowledge. Awesome swag and events, working here you actually feel proud to be part of the organization when you see the name mentioned in a news article or emblazoned across the car in Formula 1. Compensation is generous, overtime is often available for some roles. Always hiring so business seems good with no signs of slowing down any time soon. Great employee retention too.

Cons

Constant hiring means there are teams within teams so it can be difficult to find the relevant team when asking a product question and often you will have to ask the same question to two or three different teams to get an answer to your query.

As a cyber company, you're required to keep some security regulations that are sometimes annoying.
