My disastrous stint at CrowdStrike

Everything that an MNC of this size should have and do

Cons

Hiring poeple by luring them with high slaraies, that is only based on RSUs. These RSUs get transferred to you only after long vesting periods. And meanwhile if you are let go then you lose all that money. Your effective salary reduces to 2/3rd or even half of what was promised to you. The leadership sits in the US and is oblivious of the on-ground challenges that we face here. Easy for people to team up and complain against anyone they dislike.

Cons

- low market knowledge and thinks one size fits all and no clue of how to penetrate the market. Refuse to listen to experts - if you are in the wrong team and location you can expect politics and toxicity - micromanagement from higher ups - typical American propaganda
