It's a toxic environment with incompetent manager(s). They really don't care about the people. Workplace bullying and harassment are basically normal in this company, and if you report it to HR or higher management, they just don't do anything. It's a pity, as the product is really good.

1. In Pune SSC (They call as GBS) is the worst place to work. 2. Director of GBS (Pune) is treating himself that he is the owner of the organisation 3. MD Very rude to GBS employees. 4. Your work is not a consider here .. Other activities like pick and drop to MD, and ordering Food for MD 5. Some employee getting Mid-year salary revise (without HR communication) who are in favour of that MD
