Pros

Great teammates, fantastic talent works here. Depending on which team you are in and who your manager is, could be very flexible.

Cons

Below industry pay. All big perks stripped off in the last year, like study days, SANS training, weekly free lunch, 4 day week to name a few Merit cycle is slow and promotion rules are rigid so even the most deserving talent is stuck in lower positions than they deserve Hiring standard dropped lately

Pros

I truly believe CrowdStrike is amongst the best cybersecurity solutions on the planet.

Cons

Beautiful Ferrari on the outside held together by bubblegum and bandaids on the inside. They had a lot of very good things to say externally about how we handled the tech outage but internally people treated it like a joke, literally laughing about it. Also was used as a catalyst to get more business. If there was churn threat it was because of you the IC not the outage or platform. Managers and directors wanted all the glory and none of the blame. If something went right it was because of them and if something went wrong it was because of you.

Pros

Remote work, somewhat flexible hours, and helpful coworkers. (Partially)

Cons

Management at CrowdStrike is extremely poor. What’s labeled as “empathy” is really just control and micromanagement. Most of the managers display narcissistic tendencies and project their insecurities onto their teams. TSEs are treated with little genuine respect or appreciation. There are a few decent managers, but they’re the exception. Overall, the culture feels rigid, outdated, and emotionally draining. More focused on power dynamics than people. 1/7 for CSAT score all around. Compensation is below industry standards, and the workload expectations are unsustainable.
