Pros

CrowdStrike is all about the mission. Everyone is serious about stopping breaches and committed to protecting our customers. The company is in rapid growth mode which means you better be nimble and enjoy innovating while processes and tools are rolled out. Benefits, stock and 401k keep getting better. Plenty of snacks and food brought in on a regular basis.

Cons

Nothing unusual. Typical stuff for any start/up in hyper growth - long hours and fire drills. You either like that or you don't.

Pros

Great team of A+ Players, starting from the Recruiting, Engineering, Ops, HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance and all the way to the Execs, Outstanding Technology, Winning Attitude, On-boarding Process, Vision, Can and Will do attitude, if you don't believe me, become interested, you will experience it, just like I did.

Cons

It's a startup, so there is always risk, however this Con with the disruptive technology we have, will become a Pro in no time...

Pros

Feeling like you're in an industry that matters

Cons

Everything else--lack of internal controls and processes; profit-oriented rather than vision-oriented; focused only on sales and metrics rather than good work; toxic work environment; no work-life balance.
