Pros

I would be lying If I put anything in this box, aside from good technology they have nothing to offer aside from headache, uncertainty and a complete waste of time

Cons

Where do I start... If like most human beings you’re looking to develop a long term career, don’t waste your time. I watched a team of six SDR’s get let go with no warning, data, training or support and I’m supposed to be excited about a group of rookies coming in to provide me with leads? So I’m now left waiting for these grads who have never had a full time job in their lives to learn something that the previous team had a great understanding of? Because it’s cheaper? Great idea! Our inexperienced Jordan Belfort wanna be board of “leaders” haven’t a clue what they are doing and make ridiculous snap decisions. Expect no training, support or structure to your role Expect to ask for the fundamental tools and resources to do your job 12 - 15 times with no progress months after. Expect to be patronised and mislead with an initial offering that is nothing like what you were told Expect to be promised plenty and expect to be given nothing The entire sales team is unhappy, everyone is looking for a new job and we all realise the mistake we made leaving our previous roles Don’t do it.

Pros

The people who are in the same team to you are probably the only people that will ever look at you twice.

Cons

- Awful Management (they say door is always open but it’s most definitely always closed) - No transparency with higher management - Hire and Fire culture - No direction - Calling for the sake of making dials - Bad commission structure - Feeling like you aren’t valued in your job

Pros

CrowdStrike has been such an exciting and enjoyable place to work, from passionate, kind, and thought-provoking leaders and coworkers to a great work-life balance and an amazing product, I have been absolutely blown away by the success of this company. Since I have joined I've got to experience steady and healthy growth and quarter over quarter increases in sales and revenue. The company strives to put their employees, customers, and product first. There is so much transparency about what is going on at all levels of the business with very detailed All-Hands meetings and frequent e-mails to all staff about any changes or updates. We have fully stocked kitchens, catered lunches, fun events, and a cool tech start-up environment.

Cons

There really are none at all!
