      Pros

      * My ideas were encouraged by my teammates * I made a real impact on our business * Work from home is amazing * CS is a great entrance into the industry with good software design practices and lots of accountability for engineers.

      Cons

      * The connection between high level leadership and individual teams can be cumbersome * Company is beginning to move slowly as it expands and matures its business model. Don't expect to move fast and break things. * C-level leadership is slow to respond to social issues

      Pros

      Great engineering culture, and the team is great, both in terms of colleagues and managers. Everybody is quick to lend a hand if you need help, and I appreciate that the managers have a tech background. The development process is very good, providing guidance but remaining very flexible. Also the tooling is very well built, the tech stack is nice and modern, and the scale at which it operates provides very interesting challenges. All in all, I don't see what else you could want, outside of winning the lottery and not working at all :)
