Pandemic bias

Pros

Stock price. Work always available. Work remotely. Flexible time off.

Cons

Corporate non-compliance through out levels. Cares only about Wall Street. Security became a gimmick. It is a fantastic place only if you are a white, particularly white male. The best opportunities reserved for favorites. Zero career growth others. Mediocre compensation. Paltry benefits. Zero accountability. Guilt-free prejudice, daily bias. Growing hypocritical culture. Deceitful hostile sales. Many useless meetings.

Great place to work

Pros

- Awesome, "no jerks", culture. Everyone here is smart and willing to help. - Most managers come from a technical background which makes things a lot easier for engineers. - We deal with humongous amount of data which makes daily tasks highly challenging and, of course, rewarding. - Remote first company - this comes in hand especially in the context of the current Corona virus situation. - Salaries well above average - Stock options - The usual perks: fully stocked fridge, game room etc.

Cons

- The company grows at an amazing pace and there are some growing pains. - The interviewing process is a difficult one for Romania but it does pay out in the end. - Limited vacation days but the company compensates through a highly flexible time-off policy.

Pros

After the past few years at CrowdStrike, this is the best sales job I’ve had in my long career. The Technology is simple to deploy, scales extremely well in large environments and is loved by all of our customers. The executives have a great vision and mission and are willing to help. Many customers have mentioned that we’re their most strategic vendor. The SE org is very talented and the sales leadership provides great coaching and support.

Cons

Some verticalized territories should be regional in many areas. Other than that, merit bonuses of RSU’s for major wins or milestones would be great in addition to existing benefits.
