Pros

Now that I'm almost 12 months in i would have expected the rose colored glasses to have come off. Honestly, I'm still grateful everyday that I get to do this job with this set of teammates. I am treated with respect by my manager. We have great banter while getting work done. Pay is more then appropriate. My advice for anyone starting this job is you get out what you put in. Challenge yourself and you will be rewarded.

Cons

No that stand out yet.
