Pros

CrowdStrike’s brand and product reputation (minus the global IT outage) is top of the line.

Cons

Most SMB leaders are disconnected, combative and lack the ability to inspire or coach. They lead by fear and in turn create an org of anxious sellers, which seems to be their goal. They have a horrendously combative reputation across the rest of the org and the amount of in fighting that occurs basically sandbags the SMB reps from being able to move to other segments, because you often get caught in the middle of it and look guilty by association.
