Pros

Everyone in my department is supportive and helpful- genuinely one of the healthiest environments I've ever worked in. Toxic behavior is not tolerated and management promotes a collaborative culture within teams instead of a competitive one. Management has reasonable expectations, and they are very encouraging and supportive of independent ideas. No micro-management. The work itself can be fast-paced and you are expected to do a lot of independent learning to fulfill your tasks, but it's balanced out with great work-life balance and flexibility. One of the few workplaces that doesn't seem to cause anxiety in their workers.

Cons

Since most of us work remote, it'd be nice if CrowdStrike helped with ergonomics/chairs etc, which they don't currently do.

Pros

CrowdStrike has the whole package for both lateral and upward career development - collaborating team with talented people and resources. I always came across good vibes and motivation to help while consulting with other disciplines. CrowdStrike is a leader in cyber security industry, therefore the product the company offers

Cons

It depends on the role, but you need to conceder working with remote teams in different time zones

Pros

Good environment, great people and good salary and quarterly bonus system for the consulting group.

Cons

The company still partially acts as a "start up" so sometimes processes can be undocumented or there can be a lot of overhead as the team expands rapidly and it can be difficult to onboard people.
