      Horrendous company to work for (India)

      Growing company with decent stock price at the moment Nothing explicit as compared to other companies in the same segment

      Cons

      India (Pune) is a Horrendous office/company to work for. No credibility of senior management. Boot licking and brown nosing culture. No backbone of the senior management in India office. They look up to the decisions made by the US management and follow like a donkey even if they are incorrect. Controlling mentality and no autonomy is given to the members of the team No work life balance. Ability to work remotely should be considered under normal circumstances and not just during Covid time.

      Amazing Company to Work For

      Pros

      - Company culture is very accepting and friendly. Truly lives by the "One Team, One Fight" motto. Everyone on my team is very approachable and willing to help each other out. Very pleasant and non-toxic atmosphere - Flex Time off is reasonable and encouraged to avoid employee burnout - Great Employee benefits, covers a wide range of services like health, dental, and vision

      - I've not encountered any serious problems while working here

      cool tech not so cool management

      great people great tech fair salary great rewards

      Cons

      not all depts are agile missing product owners bottom up approach, lacking UX managers struggle to find purpose, get in the way testing is a nightmare program management unskilled at agile toxic people are tolerated due to perceived value vs real value
