      There is a great team environment and it's a fast paced exciting environment.

      Cons

      As with a lot of orgs that experience rapid growth, there are some growing pains right now. No tuition reimbursement.

      Good systems and tools and management. Remote working.

      Internal processes for certain teams can be poor.

      Lots of work but fun people

      coworkers are really kind, there is a lot of engagement and support for employees, interesting work

      Cons

      the culture of tech is very fast paced, sometimes coworkers would be working through dinner and into the late evening which made it hard to log off at normal hours without feeling guilty
