Pros

Market leading products. Great total comp: salary + bonus + RSUs + ESPP (15% discount, 2 year lookback) Mega backdoor Roth IRA supported for super retirement investors. Growing company means more opportunities for promotions.

Cons

Management makes public announcements before confirming with those who are tasked to do the work if what was announced is feasible. So, often project timelines are determined by announcement and then everyone has to figure out how to meet that deadline instead of internally figuring out how long it would take to do something and then making a public announcement based on that analysis. Benefits are very weak compared to other tech companies: 401k match, philanthropy match, medical copay, dental copay, holidays, spot bonuses, financial value of team and individual awards, fitness benefits. Make sure your total comp is high enough so that the cheap benefits don't bother you.
