Business Outlook

Pros

Management is top-tier, highly technical, and consistently executes with great vision. The pay is above average, the environment is flexible and casual, and work-life balance is prioritized.

Cons

Engineering is heavily siloed from, and prioritized over, the rest of the company, sometimes producing discord and uneasy political scenarios. This is perhaps no worse than at competing companies but it's a problem the company would benefit from solving.

Pros

- Steady leadership, even in the midst of the July 19th outage - Great product to sell that generates tons of customer loyalty - Ability to significantly exceed OTE; generous spiffs, accelerators, etc

Cons

- Lower starting OTE than many similar companies, but this can easily be exceeded - Becoming much more "corporate" with explosive growth
