Nothing that it different from other organizations

Cons

The space is less to state but let me try 1. No integrity of the top level senior management. No management support for engineering team 2. No work life balance 3. The management hires engineering team with no uniform rules 4. Engineers are exploited at times. Good engineers are not recognized. 5. No great benefits. 6. Extremely slow hiring process

Cons

Some of the south east asian managers in the USA are pain to work under them. The immediate management is inconsiderate, biased, micro-managing and timid. Management advocates for open feedback. The moment one shares candid feedback, they will punish in discreet ways and make you feel miserable. Lack of transparency and be ready for frequent re-orgs. Vice-president and above have their own vision. Directors and managers vision is different from executive leadership. Professional growth only if you oblige and pamper your manager. No retros at the end of the quarter, treat employees as another cog in the wheel, no skip level 1:1s. Lacks competitive pay, no work life balance, emotionally toxic culture. Team members are the least helpful.

Toxic & biased work environment. (After working here for 3+ years I have forcefully put my resignation to improve my mental health & to keep my mental peace in place) since I have been continuously threatened and pressurized by management (new) about termination. Senior management & HR didn’t help me at all to get rid from this pathetic work environment neither approached me back to discussed over my issues. All powers were given to immediate manager (newly hired) resulted I didn’t get my yearly appraisal. I have been insulted & All my Upcoming booked USA off-site trips was canceled with ‘NO REASON’ My replacement was hired 3/4 months prior and I was not informed. (I am not allowed to ask ‘WHY’) From last 5 months I am going through Depression, Anxiety attacks and so many mental & physical health issues which occurred due to the toxic management and poor work environment. Upper management & HR didn’t approached me back neither taken any action on immediate manager. Being A senior female employee I had experienced too many bad days in the company for past couple of months only because of management (immediate manager) & I am highly disappointed with my overall experience. I regret that I have wasted my 3+ years valuable time with no positive returns. I wish I could have give negative star ratings. So frustrated,
