I love the technology and the environment. "we out here" helping companies achieve their security goals with the best tech in the industry.

Cons

I haven't experienced any direct downsides to working at Crowdstrike.

CrowdStrike is the first company I've worked at where I really feel my peers are passionate about our mission (stop breaches) and everyone is very efficient and hardworking. It's a competitive space but for someone like me who is Type A I enjoy it.

Cons

As with many tech companies, the product/policies/procedures are frequently changing/being improved upon so you have to remain flexible.

Great company, great product, great culture. There is really no better place to start a career in sales.

Cons

Managers are young so there can be some issues with immaturity and favoritism.
