Actually allows for flexibility in remote working Never forced to put cameras on in meetings Easy to schedule time off or pop out for an appointment Little to no micromanagement, allows for a lot of independence Management is kind, communicative, easy to access, gives everyone a voice Very forward thinking company Great compensation structure, cares about people's career progressions within the company

Cons

I truly have no cons at this point at 1+ years in the company, plan to stay for a long time!
