      Pros

      The mission at CrowdStrike is rewarding and has a real impact. The people are great, they are easy-going but very talented. CrowdStrike is a remote-first company, which is an automatic plus. However, they have a network of office buildings to support employees who work from anywhere. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      I am unsure if this is a problem across the industry(s), but overall compensation needs to be bumped.

      Toxic Environment - Favoritism

      Pros

      Technology is outstanding, a sexy solution. Good compensation, benefits, and stock options. The CEO is a cool guy.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, C-level management is through fear and firing threats, yelling, and punching desks. Gift cards are offered to employees to write a good review on this site and others. A big portion of the hiring/promoting is based on favoritism/nepotism.
