      Pros

      Crowdstrike's culture drives the innovation and spirit of each employee that works there. This is literally one of the best places that I've ever worked. Remote work is available and even encouraged.

      Cons

      As we continue to grow, processes are being created often. It can be difficult at times to keep up. This is a company for people who want to continue growing and continue learning. Pro and a con depending on your outlook.

      Great place to build a sales career

      Pros

      Career growth and opportunity here is better than any company I have seen in my career. The ability to gain experience and move up quickly is a major draw. The culture in the Sunnyvale office for sales is awesome. It is competitive and stressful at times, but the atmosphere is positive and you're surrounded by intelligent and friendly people. The product is very well received by the market and customers

      - no catered lunches - growing pains around getting things approved internally
