Great Company & Culture, But Unable to Keep Up with Pace of Growth

- Good compensation & medical benefits - Good work culture & colleagues - Plenty of room for career growth & support - Great diversity and inclusion

Cons

- Very fast growth, but unfortunately not the right tools/skills to deal with quick growth - Slow to innovate, some level of fear and resistance in investing in new tech & automation - Lack of empathy in redundancy / poor severance

Great mindset for career improvement. Beside your "standard" tasks anybody can do anything that could help improve their skills set, such as doing a research blog or digging a problem deeper and taking your time with it.

Cons

Everything is good so far.
