Pros

Coworkers are second to none - great team and great teamwork. Exciting product development and company growth. Generous pay, bonuses, and benefits. Remote-first culture is great and actually works.

Cons

Not a great place to build a career. No focus on individual development. There is a twice yearly review, but it is very superficial and there is no effort to develop managers and directors from within.
