--Great W/L balance. --Great product. --Remote roles mean remote. --Benefits. --Fantastic co-workers. --Great business outlook. --Great leadership team. --Essential service, everyone needs security and we do it well. --Company supports honest sales tactics and frowns heavily on any sort of shade-throwing on the competition outside of pure capability.

Cons

--Pay is quite low compared to industry standards. --Manager defines your experience. --Not a lot of career advancement in the same role. / Unclear requirements for promotion/advancement. --Teams can be islands.
