Pros

The company paid well, had excellent perks, and allowed for plenty of vacation time. They had a solid plan for the future and were implementing it well.

Cons

It was hard to "be heard" when suggesting changes to SOP's or new ideas, depending on your management chain. This made it difficult to prove leadership or quality ideas for career growth.

Pros

The company is generous and genuinely wants to be able to make money. It’s a sales job and you have to meet a demanding quota, but CrowdStrike is a leader in the cybersecurity space and you’re experience will be invaluable.

Cons

Your success is connected to the market you’ll be assigned to as well as to the RSM or AE you’ll be working with. It can be a hit ot a miss as certain RSM of EA don’t see the value of working with SDR.
