Pros

Fellow coworkers are nice and product is best in class

Cons

SMBs can’t remotely afford it and very few AES hit quota. Very few SDRs hit quota without cheating the system and taking credit for opps they didn’t book. Market is saturated and competitors are catching up / have caught up. Company allows MSPs to sell our products at a cheaper price so you’re in constant competition with that. Goalposts are frequently moved and other reps taking opportunities in your territory is frequent and not punished. Leadership pushes metrics and metrics only and most prospects have blocked our emails / phone numbers

They treat their people well

Pros

Pretty much everything, they really take care of their people. In particular their handling of the incident in July 2024 has been phenomenal, and quite unusual for a corporation in that there was near complete transparency from the top down both publicly and internally.

Cons

Just personal ethical differences, would prefer not to serve certain clientele but that's not up to me

Pros

Everyone wants to work with you. Youre just feeding the machine

Cons

There's more competition internally than you would think
