Pros

Nothing, base is way too low, and not enough to survive on alone

Cons

Everything, this is completely outdated compared with market averages.

Pros

Consistently cares about the well being of their workforce. Monetary compensation is amazing and directly related to results, with additional medical/dental/life insurance and legal benefits available.

Cons

Growth. This company is growing faster than most of the support teams can keep up with. Causes a lot of churn, and burnout. They're doing their best to provide the best service to the customer, detect breaches as quickly as possible, and minimize the burnout impact on their employees. This is accomplished by constant hiring, mental health days, and unlimited PTO for employees who are struggling with mental health, balance, physical health issues and more.
