Flexibility to strike a work and life balance

Pros

Strong shared vision and goals People here bring a deep affinity and experience for the product and process Can bring your voice to the table and will be heard Have to wear multiple hats and step up as necessary as is with small-medium companies in a rapid growth mode. Distributed workforce (in US and internationally) means flexibility in constructing work hours that are optimized for coworkers within specific groups. Also provides an opportunity to construct off-work hours to balance work with life goals.

Cons

Wouldn't call them cons, just challenges - work in progress as the company is scaling.
