Crowdstrike's platform functions at a scale that very few companies manage to reach therefore there is a lot to learn in terms of cloud engineering. Here is where I've met the best engineers I've seen in my career so far. Unlike other companies in Romania, we have high scale homegrown projects generating significant revenue. One of the things that impressed me is that even though the company hiring rate is high the culture stays the same and it's an important topic across the company even now. The office is now three times bigger compared to my joining date and the quality of relationships stayed the same, they still have that friendly casual energy to them. I have healthy and honest relationship with my manager. The leaders of the company have a relentless attitudine towards growth, quality and scale.
