      Pros

      One of best sales orgs I've work for. KPI's are clear and very attainable. Also, clear path to promotion which I appreciated.

      Cons

      Grasping for straws here, but the onboarding could have been smoother. I attribute this to a growing company.

      Pros

      One of the most tenured employees in CS. Have seen the organization grow at every step. From a small room in a serviced office to its own leased office. I have been lucky to be guided by some of the best leaders. The company did everything to grow and keep up with the requirements. Now, after we have gone public for more than a year, i see a lot of structure and organization coming in place which gives me the comfort and security about the vision of the management. In this unpredictable times, the company is still hiring. No pay cuts, no job cuts. Just explains a lot about the core competency of the management. Innovation in every means to make it a better place from weekly yoga to home delivered bday cakes. a truly employee centric company.

      Cannot think of a downside of working here. Here to stay.
