Pros

Legacy leadership is retiring or being let go making room for new innovative leaders. With that comes a new culture shift.

Cons

There is still so much room for growth on how people get treated, legacy leadership/employees are very toxic.

Pros

Benefits and pay is consumate for what you will deserve. You will work for what you deserve and you will see promotions to those who know what they are doing. You are trully part of the 1%.

Cons

There is a shift in how the culture is changing as the company is growing. Employee treatment is changing and there are more "Managers" being added to departments. Promotions will be given but the turnover is low so you will wait.

Pros

Direct coworkers are cool. The work you do is pretty consistent, just looking for ways to be more efficient workflow. They give lunch in the office and have cold brew on tap Ping pong table too lol

Cons

You hitting quota is strictly based on your territory and your RSM. You could put in significantly more work than others but won’t get credited due to disparity in what qualifies stuff. I honestly don’t know what my direct manager does other than forwarding me the emails I already am in the mailing list for. Manager doesn’t directly answer question but rather sends you to other people to answer your questions. Big disconnect with senior management and employees. HR is actually a joke - the offer I received on the phone was not the same as the contract given. Also super picky on timing of when you should come into the office which has no direct correlation to making sales or benefiting the bottom line for the company. They also sent the employee review form prior to make drastic company changes.
